May act as project leader on less complex but highly visible projects. Act as project leader in the execution of various less complex and non-critical projects for the promotion and maintenance of the business.
May be involved, to some extent, in some or all of the following: Understand and adhere to the Companys risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Companys Risk Appetite.
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Complete other related duties as assigned. The position requires substantial interaction with both internal and external contacts in order to obtain pertinent information.
The position may act as liaison between department and other business units on various projects. The incumbent works independently under very limited supervision as well as a member or a project leader of a project team. Provides guidance to junior analysts.
Bachelors degree in an applicable field i. Minimum of five years related experience. Skilled proficiency in the use of spreadsheet, database, graphing, presentation, and department specific software, with a working knowledge of financial models.
Excellent knowledge of Windows and PC software programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical ability and creative problem solving skills. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel. Ability to work independently and function as a member of a project team.
